Application Instructions

Thank you for your interest in the Grant Program offered by our church organization. Please carefully read the following instructions before completing the application:

Application Process:

• Complete the attached application form in full.
• Provide a detailed plan outlining how you will use the grant funds.

Review Process:

• Applications will be reviewed by a selection committee appointed by our church leadership.
• Applicants may be contacted for additional information or clarification during the review process

Notification:

• Applicants will be notified of the decision via email within 7days from application date.
• Successful applicants will receive further instructions on the disbursement of grant funds.

Reporting:

• Grant recipients will be required to submit a brief report outlining how the grant funds were utilized.
• Failure to submit a report may impact eligibility for future grants.
